Richard is an active Security Cleared Database Administrator/Developer with 20 years+ experience installing, administering and performance tuning SQL Server.
Implementing high availability/disaster recovery (HADR) using clustering and availability groups. Transactional replication implemented to offload reporting onto dedicated servers. High Availability and Disaster Recovery design and implementation, SSRS Dashboard’s, TSQL performance tuning, database design, administration, SQL migrations and upgrade projects.
